Carol Ellis is a Geologist with over 25 years of experience in mining, public markets and research. Prior to joining PI Financial Corp., Carol was a Manager with the TSX Venture Exchange. Previously, she spent three years as Vice President of Investor Relations with a TSXV-listed junior resource company, was a Mining Analyst and worked as a Geologist with the federal government in the Northwest Territories.

Carol is a past Director of the Association for Mineral Exploration BC (AME BC).
