History
Arthur Kwan joined PI Financial Corp. in the Calgary office after over 13 years of capital markets experience, including 10 years in energy investment banking.
Arthur has held senior investment banking positions with Scotia Capital, Peters & Co., and Thomas Weisel Partners Canada. During this time, he has successfully completed numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures. as well as private placements, initial public offerings, and recapitalizations, all within the oil and gas sector.
Arthur holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance, a MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a CFA designation.
