Carol Ellis is a Geologist with over 20 years of experience in mining, public markets and research. Prior to joining PI Financial Corp., Carol was a Manager with the TSX Venture Exchange. Previously, Carol spent three years as Vice President of Investor Relations with Expatriate Resources, was a Mining Analyst and worked as a Geologist with the federal government in the Northwest Territories.

Carol is currently Director of the Association for Mineral Exploration BC (AME BC).

Carol has a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geological Sciences and an MBA from Queen's University.
