Gint is a licensed Investment and Commodities/Futures Advisor with over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Gint began his professional career at an international investment bank where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising advisory services primarily for Canadian mining corporations. Having acquired a solid foundation in investment banking, Gint then made the transition to equity research in 2010 with a focus on investor strategy and company valuation. In 2016, Gint joined PI Financial Corp. Today, he is an integral member of Art Smolensky’s Advisory Group, where he helps private wealth clients navigate their way through an increasingly complex financial marketplace. Recognizing that each client has individual needs, Gint offers guidance on a range of investment products from equities, options and futures to convertible debentures and IPOs. As a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Gint holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree. In the community, he has served as a board member, case writer, and judge for the National Investment Banking Competition and was a member of Enactus Canada, where he taught young kids about the fundamentals of economics and commerce.
