Duncan Boggs joined PI Financial Corp. as a Senior Vice President in 2018, and brings over 20 years of experience at senior levels in the financial services industry, both domestically and internationally. During his career, he has served with IIROC dealers in the capacity as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Boggs holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario as well as a Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Ontario in 1993 with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).
As part of his commitment to the industry, Mr. Boggs has served as a member of IIROC’s Financial Administrators Section and Compliance and Legal section, as well as being Vice Chair of the IIROC Pacific District Council.
